Maggie Wantz Assumes Role at Chambersburg PMI

Pregnancy Ministries Inc. (PMI) has hired new staff member, Maggie Wantz. Maggie is the Administrative Director at PMI’s Chambersburg Center.

In the spring, Maggie graduated from PMI’s volunteer peer advocate training. Shortly upon completion of this training, the Administrative Director position became available. It was quickly seen that Maggie was the perfect fit.

Maggie started out in the medical field as a National Registered Medical Assistant. Throughout the healthcare industry she acquired diversified clinical, administrative and managerial skills focusing on patient and family care, supporting front office management, practice management, leadership, organizational excellence, education and human resources.

She has volunteer experience as a youth leader at Otterbein Church (OC), Waynesboro and serving on mission teams from OC and Mercy International in Haiti and Honduras. She has earned a youth ministry training certificate and is currently a volunteer school coordinator/teacher/listener with Christians In Action (CIA), an afterschool Released Time Bible program offered to Greencastle Area Middle School students. Maggie’s passion for serving others is a great asset to PMI.

Maggie is from the Waynesboro area, is married to her husband John of 23 years, has two grown children, three grandchildren and attends the Otterbein Church, Waynesboro.
